It started off with real runners (Go Kenyans!) and quickly degenerated into staggering and drunken people wandering aimlessly forward towards the Park. It was very hot for San Francisco and I don't think beer and shots are the best way to keep hydrated.
It was still a bit messy around our building but it did feel and smell a lot less dirty and urine filled. We did take pictures of people peeing on cars and ATM machines near our building, though.
